Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kinistino, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
* No bid amount to be released for publication. The work includes: - Demolishing of a community building within the Town, including site preparation, removal of non-inert materials, demolition activities, hauling and disposal of demolition waste, and backfilling and landscaping of the site; - Closure of the landfill site, including mounding of demolition waste, construction of landfill cap and site drainage upgrades; - Staging of work to accommodate demolition waste at the landfill site prior to construction of the landfill cap; - Clean-up of site; - Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of the work. General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. This project is funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP).
