Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Kinistino, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Kinistino is seeking a qualified general contractor to construct a building enclosure to house the existing outdoor standby generator. The Contractor shall include all work identified to complete the work The work is to include: .1 Removal of earth fill overburden material from the reservoir, including cleaning, patching, and repairs as necessary; .2 Construction of a new 150 mm x 600 mm perimeter curb to support the new building; .3 Construction of a building expansion in the order of 4 m x 8 m, complete with interior finishing and hardware as noted; .4 Removal of the existing asphalt shingles, soffits, fascia, and hardboard siding and replace all exterior finishes as specified; .5 Relocate existing standby generator from the Styrofoam and concrete base, positioning generator as shown on new concrete housekeeping pad. Remove outdoor enclosure unit, provide new exhaust and ventilation system as shown; .6 Provide all electrical connections and new installation required; .7 Exterior site work, including removal of existing entrance pad and sidewalk, installation of new entrance pad and sidewalk, and landscaping throughout; .8 Clean-up of site; .9 Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work.
