Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Oungre, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the addition of a 750-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the renovation of a 6,160-square-foot municipal facility.
The Rural Municipality of Souris Valley No. 7 is hereby accepting tenders (via email) for a General Contractor to aid in the finishing of a new RM shop and the construction of an office/lunch room addition. Currently, the RM has built a 70' x 88' shop but it remains unfinished. The RM is needing to build and finish an addition (25' x 30') onto the 70' x 88' shop. The RM has stamped and finalized blueprints that owner is able to email at your request (the companies are available for any and all questions). We require the General Contractor to organize and hire all the trades required to finish this project (including but not limited to: concrete, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, interior finishes, etc) as well as work closely with PBI (building inspectors) in the process. When submitting the tender for this project, please provide a detailed break down with the amounts and a proposed completion timeline of each trade required.
