As of October 23, 2025 Project has been awarded to Vanguard Utility Service, Inc with the amount of $298,413.26 The Project Includes the Following Work: To Provide a Meter Installation Project for Owner-supplied Automated Meter Reading (Amr) Drive-by System for the Town's Existing Water System With Over 500 Metered Services. Installing Owner-furnished Meter System Components Including Meters, Boxes, Piping and Valves. As Noted in the Project Bid Form, There Are the Denoted Quantities of Pack Joints, Curb Stops, and Check Valves, Along With Additional Piping, Fittings, Shop Supplies and Consumables, Required to Be Furnished by the Bidder Under This Primarily Installation Project. Water System Improvements - Water Meter Replacement The Project Has an Expected Duration of 180 Days. All Bidder Questions Must Be in Writing and Received by Nfps No Later Than Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 5:00 Pm. Submit Written Questions to Debbie Motes at Dmotes@nfps.net. Instructions to Bidders The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Site Walkthrough By Appointment Bidder is required to visit the Site and conduct a thorough visual examination of the Site and adjacent areas.
