As of July 7, 2025 Project has been cancelled no definite date for rebid. Bulkhead Construction & Repair Services The Town of Horseshoe Beach is soliciting sealed proposals from licensed and experienced contractors for bulkhead construction and/or repair at multiple sites throughout the Town. Work may include new construction, structural repairs, shoreline stabilization, and related marine construction services This project is part of the Town's coastal resiliency and infrastructure improvement efforts and may be funded in whole or in part by federal or state disaster recovery funds. All applicable regulations, including those under the Federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), shall apply.
