Florida Keys Mosquito Control District is seeking bids to remove and replace existing roof systems at 503 107th Street, Marathon FL, 33050. The conference building roof is 62 feet depth x 40 feet wide and the front entrance roof, 45 feet depth x 25 feet width, with an overhang roof, 6 feet width x 28 feet depth. Question Deadline 03/05/2025 For specific questions pertaining to the property or specifications, please email Rochele Miller at rlmiller@keysmosquito.org Scope of Work: 1.1 Removal of existing roof membrane down to the wood deck. 1.2 Replace any damaged or delaminated plywood. 1.3 Inspection of the deck to meet code compliance and bring nail pattern up to code if needed. 1.4 Provide new and install tapered insulation per manufacture specifications. 1.5 Provide new and install 60 MIL Firestone Building Products@ Ultra Ply TPO (TPO) membrane in accordance with Florida Building Code including all required accessories to manufacturer's specifications. 1.6 Provide new and install TPO membrane flashing material at penetrations per manufacture specifications. 1.7 Provide new and install eave metal per manufacture specifications. 1.8 Remove all debris and clean all work areas. 1.9 Roof replacement work must be coordinated with the owner or the owner's agent to allow for continuity of access to buildings. Owner must be informed of any work process that will limit full access to buildings where work is being completed. 1.10 The entire roof replacement project must be started after May 1st, 2025 and be completed prior to June 16th, 2025
