Manson Park and Recreation District is seeking bids for resurfacing the driving and parking areas of Singleton Park in Manson, WA. Anticipated scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to: 1) Remove and properly dispose of existing surface materials if necessary; grade and prep all parking and driving surfaces; 2) pave asphalt surfaces; 3) replace and spread gravel in areas which are currently surfaced with gravel; 4) obtain any applicable permits; 5) perform and implement any necessary environmental and cultural protections for the duration of the project. The anticipated scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete this job. Tasks include but are not limited to: 1) Removal and proper disposal of existing surface materials, if necessary; 2) Grading and prep of all gravel and asphalt parking and driving surfaces to promote proper drainage; 3) Paving asphalt surfaces; 4) Replacing and spreading gravel in areas which are currently surfaced with gravel; 5) Obtaining any applicable permits; and, 6) Performing and implementing any necessary environmental and cultural protections for the duration of the project. Deliverables of critical elements must be congruent with Washington State RCO Local Park Maintenance ("LPM") Grant requirements. Deadline for questions is 4:00pm PST on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
