Manson Park And Recreation District Old Swim Hole Improvements Work to be performed includes but is not limited to: removal of structures and obstructions, site grading, installation of steel piles, cast in place concrete (abutments, slabs, walkways, stepped seawall, retaining walls, etc.), fencing, gates, guardrails, handrails, viewing platform, crushed surfacing, rip rap, mitigation planting, turf grass, irrigation system, restoration, shoring, temporary erosion and sedimentation control, utility improvements and other work. Bid proposals will be received only at the Manson Park and Recreation District, 142 Pedoi St., Manson, Washington by 11:00am PST on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at which time they will be opened, read, and tabulated publicly.
