Site work for a water / sewer project in Manson, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a 2,750-square-foot water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

Schedule A: Work includes the removal and disposal of the existing floating breakwater, piles, existing gangway and attached equipment and appurtenances at Manson Bay Marina, Manson, Washington. Work also includes the procurement and installation of fourteen (14) 24 x 0.625 new steel galvanized pipe piles, fiberglass pile caps, 2750 square feet of new floating breakwater, and a new aluminum gangway. Additionally, work includes the procurement and installation of a new pump-out station and all associated conduits and connections to existing utility lines. Schedule B: Work includes removal and disposal of the existing day-use floating dock, steel piles, and access platform at the Old Mill Park Day Use Dock near Manson, Washington. The existing wood-framed access platform will be replaced with a new steel-framed platform in the same plan layout as the existing platform. The existing wood-framed dock floats will be replaced with new steel-framed dock floats. The T shaped dock layout will be revised to a straight line. Twenty-three new steel piles (12 diameter) will support and anchor the new dock and access platform. The existing aluminum gangway will be modified to add safety features and will be re-used, and will also include new rollers and handrail connections. Lighting and electrical work included. Work also includes the procurement and installation of a new pump-out station and all associated conduits and connections to existing utility lines.
