Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hanover, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
The Supervisors of West Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of West Manheim Township following the date of bid opening. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a cashiers or certified check made payable to West Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. West Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
