Please review spec section 012300 and provide all that effect your scope with your bid. There are 7 unit prices. Please review 012200 and provide all that apply with your bid. No substitutions requests will be considered during the bid period. Bids shall be based on products from one of the manufactures specified or an "equal" product. Substitution requests submitted more than 60 days after Notice to Proceed must be accompanied by a credit proposal. The Project consists of selective demolition of portions of the existing Conewago Township Elementary School and construction of additions and renovations for the Conewago Valley School District. B. Generally, the new construction consists of load bearing masonry, structural steel framing, steel joists and metal deck, masonry veneer, exterior metal wall panels, mechanically attached EPDM membrane roofing, aluminum windows, storefront system, curtain wall system, casework, and interior finishes along with the specified mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Renovations consist of replacement of interior finishes including, but not limited to, ceiling tile, flooring, casework, countertops, painting, hollow metal frames and doors, exterior windows and specified mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Site construction consists of new parent and bus driveways, access roads, subsequent parking, lighting, stormwater management systems, and fencing.
