Questions Due Date: Jun 17th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. Bid securities are not required for this project. The Project includes the following Work: Work generally includes the construction of a 40' x 104' roofed animal heavy use area and waste storage facility, a 40'x56' roofed manure storage facility, access roads, livestock water system, fence, animal walkways, stormwater controls, vegetated channel, and associated site development work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Meredith Herr Farm Conservation Project . The estimated cost for this project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meredith Herr reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of Meredith Herr, and to reject any or all proposals.
