Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Paltz, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and restaurant.

The above address is for GPS purposes. It is the address of a house directly across the street from us/ We are next to a loading dock. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number 18:43, titled Dining Swing Space Modification for Peregrine Dining Hall Renovation and carry out all duties and obligations imposed upon the contractor by the Contract Documents to support the new kitchen renovations which involves some Hazmat, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical systems modifications and see below for details. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Hazmat: 1. Minor abatement work to ceilings and pipe insulation. Architectural: 2. Modification to some existing ceilings and flooring. 3. New soffits and ceilings 4. Painting and Patching. 5. Minor Trenching and Backfilling Sanitary Systems: 1. Modify existing sanitary systems to integrate new floor sinks and hand sinks. 2. Ensure all new installations comply with local plumbing codes and regulations. 3. Conduct thorough inspections and testing of the modified sanitary systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance. Domestic Water Systems: 1. Modify and extend existing domestic water lines to supply new kitchen equipment. 2. Install necessary valves, fittings, and connections to ensure seamless integration with the existing water supply. 3. Perform pressure testing and inspections to verify the integrity and performance of the modified water systems. Mechanical Systems: 1. Unknown at this time. Electrical Systems: 2.
