As of April 16, 2025 Project has been awarded to United Pool Maintenance but no awarded amount Douglas County ("Owner" or the "County") is issuing this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to solicit proposals ("Proposals") from a qualified aquatic renovation companies ("Respondents") to assist in the renovations of the Boundary Waters Aquatic center. The Boundary Waters Aquatic center is located at 5000 GA-92, Douglasville, GA 30135 (the "Project"). Capitalized terms in this RFP, if not defined here, are defined in the Agreement (defined below) for the Project. The Project will be funded with SPLOST funds. The Project is required to comply with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations, as well as those of Douglas County, including local permitting of the project. Additionally, the Project must comply with all SPLOST rules, regulations, specifications, and requirements. Only questions submitted via BidNet will be accepted and addressed. Responses to questions received during the solicitation time period are posted on the website at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/georgia/douglascounty in an addendum. Proposers who fail to report a known or suspected problem with this solicitation or who fail to seek clarification or correction of this solicitation do so at their own risk. No interpretation of the meaning of the drawings, specifications or other pre-RFP documents will be made to any Respondent orally. Every request for such interpretation must be in writing, addressed to the Douglas County Procurement Department. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda. All addenda so issued shall become a part of the Contract Documents.
