The approximate total anticipated budget for all phases of this project is $8,000,000.00. Proposals from Construction Professional firms that fail to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The owner reserves the right to disqualify a proposer from the selection process due to a failure by a proposer to arrive for the conference by the scheduled start time. The Pre-Proposal Conference will serve as the only opportunity to visit the site before Proposal submission. Architect information and a schematic drawing set is included as Attachment G.
