As of April 25, 2025, construction will begin June 2025 with a completion of September 2025. Question Deadline Mar 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM The Bidder is advised that all inquiries and clarifications about the bidding documents, specifications, etc., shall be submitted to the District in writing . Verbal communication by either party with regard to this matter is invalid. Inquiries shall be made in writing to the Districts Construction Manager, Ledesma & Meyer Construction Co., Inc., Maria Bautista, Sr. Project Coordinator at mariab@lmcci.com . This is a public works prevailing wage project and prior to contracting the selected bidder must be registered with the DIR. All work must conform to approved plans and specifications. Prequalification is required. Award of Contract: The District shall award the Contract for the Project to the lowest responsible bidder as determined from the base bid alone by the District. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, to accept or reject any one or more items of a bid or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of bids.
