Alanson Public Schools 2024 Bond - Remodeling Alanson Public School and Bus Garage The overall scope of this portion of the project includes: 1. Remodeling Alanson Public School a. Remove existing classroom exit canopies and renovate façade b. Renovate existing corridor exit canopies. c. Remove and replace classroom and corridor exit doors. d. Remove and replace floor finishes at various locations (including asbestos abatement as noted on plans). e. Replace existing restroom toilet compartments. f. Remodel existing locker rooms. 2. Alanson Bus Garage a. Install interior finishes and insulation in the existing post-framed building. b. Install HVAC to condition (heat) the insulated space including required electrical work. • Note: Each hired contractor will be required to provide a detailed schedule of values.
