The project is expected to be awarded on April 8,2025.** The project generally consists of replacing lifted and/or broken sidewalk sections throughout the City of Guadalupe. The project's estimated construction cost is $96,000. work must be completed within 30 working days from the Notice to Proceed. Questions must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. March 12, 2025 to allow sufficient time to response. All questions shall be submitted by email to jeff@eikhofdesigngroup.com Notice is given to all bidders that no more than 50% of the work, as defined by the contract price, may be done by subcontractors. The successful Contractor will be required to obtain a business license from the City and pay related fees. The right is reserved by the City of Guadalupe to reject any or all Bids, to evaluate the Bids submitted, and award the contract to the lowest responsible Bidder. The City further reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in the Bid.
