Replacement of 7 span-wire signals with new mast arms (including new conduit, foundations, poles, signal heads, cabinets, etc...). Signals are located in the Town of Greece and City of Rochester, Monroe County, NY. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 5% Contract term: 485 days Purpose and Scope. This provision isintended to share with the CONTRACTOR agreed upon costsavings which may be generated under this Contract resulting from proposals offered by the CONTRACTOR and approved by the OWNER. Its purpose is to encourage the use of CONTRACTORs ingenuity and experience in arriving at alternative, lower cost construction than that reflected in the Contract documents by the sharing ofsavingsresulting therefrom.
