Renovation and upgrade of (105) football lockers at Grambling State University This project includes the removal of existing lockers and the installation of new, customized football lockers designed to meet modern athletic standards. Contractors shall direct all inquiries, requests for information, requests for clarification, etc. in writing to the Grambling State University Purchasing Department. If a bid bond is required on ALL Public Works Project over $25,000, a bid bond must be submitted for each separate bid response. The bid bond shall be in an amount equal to 5% ofthe bid price submitted and alternates, if any. The bid security shall be in a form of a bid bond or certified check, or cashier's check. Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required on projects with an expected cost greater than $50,000. Performance and Payment Bonds, when required, shall be provided in an amount of 50% of the contract price. Performance and Payments Bonds shall be required by the successful bidder. The Bidder acknowledges the right of the University to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid received. In addition, the bidder recognizes the right of the University to reject a bid if the Bidder failed to furnish any required bid security, or to submit the data required by the bidding documents, or if the bid is in any way incomplete or irregular. Grambling State University reserves the right to award items separately, grouped or on an all or none basis and to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
