Any and all questions on the Bid must be emailed to the Project Engineer, Mr. Joseph M. Calabrese, P.E., at rjdjoey@ptd.net on or before Tuesday, March 11th at 11 a.m All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, payable to the order of Black Creek Township, or a bid bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total Bid. Black Creek Township reserves the right in its discretion to reject any or all Bids or to waive any irregularities, omissions, or mistakes in the Bidding Process. Calabrese, P.E., at rjdjoey@ptd.net on or before Tuesday, March 11th at 11 a.m. Within ten (10) days of the date that the contract is awarded, the contract shall be executed by the Owner and the successful bidder, and the Owner shall issue a notice to proceed unless the time shall be extended by the mutual written consent of the Owner and the successful bidder. Prior to the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish to the Owner a performance bond and payment bond, in the form contained in the Contract Document and executed by a satisfactory surety, each equal to 100% of the total Contract amount.
