The Washington Township Board Of Supervisors Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any And/or All Proposals Or Portions Thereof, And To Delete Projects And/or Portions Of The Project Depending On Budgetary Constraints And To Waive Any Technicalities Deemed To Be In The Best Interest Of The Township. Pa Prevailing Wages Apply. All Work Must Be Completed By August 22, 2025; Liquidated Damages Will Apply At The Rate Of $975.00 Per Day For Each Day Beyond These Dates That The Work Remains Incomplete. 2025 Bituminous Paving And Base Repair (Road Bid) All Materials And Workmanship Must Meet The Requirements And Standards Of Penn Dot Publication 408 Questions Due Date: Mar 5th 2025, 4:00 PM EST.
