Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 4. Interior Dry Rehabilitation a. Partial removal and replacement of protective coating system. 5. Other work shown on the plans or specified herein together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, Buy American Iron and Steel Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. This project is funded by the EPA Community Grant Program. Prevailing wage compliance is required for this project.
