Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lavallette, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Phase 1 Re-Bid to include removal and replacement of approximately 150 CY of infield mix, installation of 48 LF of 6' chain link fencing for two enclosed practice swing areas, installation of two (2) dugout roof cover systems and all else necessary and incidental thereto. Each Bid must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the full amount of each Contract Bid, not to exceed $20,000. Surety shall be made payable to: Borough of Lavallette and shall be without condition or qualification. The Borough reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all Bids, if it is in the public interest to do so. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer and shall be postmarked at least ten (10) days before the established date for Bid opening
