Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lutselk'e, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for the construction of a 4,069-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new wood framed facility building in the community of Lutselk'e, North West Territories. Lutselk'e is located on the eastern arm of Great Slave Lake, approximately 190 km east of Yellowknife. Building area is 378m2, building is single storey with crawlspace, and includes a garage bay with ramp. Project scope includes all aspects of building construction including but not limited to: site clearing/preparation, triodetic foundation, structural framing, mechanical, electrical (with backup generator), exterior/interior finishing, doors/windows, and millwork. This is the first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of contract in Phase Two the pre-qualification list will be terminated, no additional contracts will be awarded.
