Scope of the Project Sarpy County Public Works has a satellite location in Gretna, Nebraska for equipment storage and maintenance. The drive through doors and their operators are in need of replacement. A total of 7 doors and their operators will need to be replaced. One of the doors and its operator is for a wash bay. Sarpy County will be seeking to have like equipment installed for all doors and operators. The County is also considering as an additional alternate, the provision of annual maintenance for these doors and their operators. This will not be factored into the evaluation and selection of the awarded vendor. 2. Scope of Services The scope of services sought for this project are: demolition and haul away of the existing doors, rails, operators, and hardware necessary for the operation of the doors. Installation of all new doors, hardware and operators where each door was removed. All other services being necessary for the successful installation and operation of the new doors are included. Some of the existing track to be demolished is welded and bolted into place. Vendor shall take the necessary precautions and steps to avoid unnecessarily damaging the structure. 3. Location The Public Works Shop - Gretna is located at: 21804 R & R Road Gretna, NE 68028 All work must be completed and all doors fully functional by Friday, May 30, 2025. This date allows for completion of the project in the current County fiscal year
