This project includes the removal of existing flat membrane roofing on three (3) pump station buildings and the installation of EPDM roofing. This includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of existing roof including all flashing, aluminum trims, drip edges, protective underlayment, valley, ice guard, boots for all penetrations, clean up, and removal of all debris. This project also includes roof inspection, evaluation, recommendation, and cost estimate for three (3) additional properties.
