The City of Sylvania, in Lucas County, is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) from Consultants for Construction Inspection and Construction Administration for the removal of four (4) existing rectangular rapid flashing beacon installations and replacing with new pedestrian hybrid beacon signal crossings near the following intersections: 1. McCord Road and Victoria Court 2. McCord Road and Charlesgate Road 3. Erie Street and Foxpointe Drive 4. W. Sylvania Ave and Boynton Drive This project also includes new sidewalk, traffic control signs, and pavement markings at the listed locations. Along with construction inspection and management services, other services will include review and approval of shop drawings, prevailing wage, EEO reports and interviews. There is no DBE requirement for this project. Individual Consultants (or Consultant teams) necessary to complete the scope of services are encouraged to submit. However, the City will only contract with one prime Consultant for this project.
