LUC-Downtown Transportation Improvements Phase 2 The City of Sylvania is requesting Letters of Interest (LOI) from Consultants for Construction Inspection and Construction Administration for the reconstruction of Main Street between Erie Street and Maplewood Avenue in the City of Sylvania, Ohio. This project includes the construction of asphalt pavement, drainage, community park improvements, traffic control, lighting, and streetscape elements. This project also includes installation of storm sewer and resurfacing on Erie St from Summit Street to Main Street. Along with construction inspection and management services, other services will include review and approval of shop drawings, prevailing wage, EEO reports and interviews. Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant.
