In accordance with Ohio Revised Code 153.67 the City of Sylvania is soliciting Letters of Interest from Consultants to provide Professional Surveying and Design Engineering Services on the Alexis Road and Stewart Road Waterline Improvements Project. The City of Sylvania is requesting Letters of Interest (LoI) from Consultants for planning and engineering services. The services involve waterline and roadway engineering for the replacement of waterline on Central Park, Garden Park, and Rosewood Place. The Central Park 6-inch cast iron waterline was installed in 1952 and the replacement length would be approximately 590 feet. The Garden Park 4-inch cast iron waterline was installed prior to 1952 and the replacement length would be approximately 1,010 feet. The Rosewood Place 6-inch waterline was installed in 1952 and the replacement length would be approximately 320 feet. All water mains would be fully replaced with a new 8 water main complete with new services and appurtenances. Roadways would be resurfaced as well Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant OH DOT - RFP - LUC-Central Park-Garden Park-Rosewood Place
