Site work and paving for a road / highway in Trade Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 27, 2025, this project was awarded. The Town of Trade Lake, Burnett County Wisconsin hereby gives notice that we will receive sealed bids final grade & paving for Cedar Point Road. Project: Work to be provided will consist of: o Final grade, water (if necessary) and compaction o Pavement - application of 2.5" compacted thickness of hot mix asphalt pavement on roadway with Eleven (11) foot lanes. No segregation of pavement surface after each truckload. o An Engineer's Certification of 10-year design life for LRIP reimbursement documentation. o Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, signage, and Proof of Insurance. Bids must follow LRIP terms and conditions. All bids must include proof of insurance. Questions: Please contact Jeremy Scheider, Hwy. Question Deadline 03/06/2025 To be given consideration, a request for interpretation must be received at least three (3) days prior to the bid due date Bid Rejections/Acceptance: Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid which best serve the interests of the Town.
