**As of May 22, 2025, the project was awarded to Hopkins Sand & Gravel, with an awarded amount of $58,899.66.** Bids for final grade & paving for Cedar Point Road. Project: Work to be provided will consist of: o Final grade, water (if necessary) and compaction o Pavement - application of 2.5" compacted thickness of hot mix asphalt pavement on roadway with eleven (11) foot lanes. No segregation of pavement surface after each truckload. o An Engineer's Certification of 10-year design life for LRIP reimbursement documentation. o Contractors are to supply all labor, material, traffic control, signage, and Proof of Insurance. Bids must follow LRIP terms and conditions. All bids must include proof of insurance. Bid Rejections/Acceptance: Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding, or to accept the bid which best serves the interests of the Town
