Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bloomer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Bloomer, Chippewa County, Wisconsin is accepting bids for 13th to 14th alley between Main and Larson St. 15th to 16th alley between Main and Larson St. Main to Newman St alley between 13th and 14th Public Parking Lot North West of 16th and Larson Two Patches on York St. South of Zera St. Thompson Street from 16th St. to Duncan Road The hot mix shall be placed at listed and marked areas and compressed to a depth of 3-inches in 2 lifts. Tack is required between lifts. Bids shall include tack oil, adjusting manholes and concrete around manholes, saw cutting, removal of existing asphalt and 6 inches of base and replace with 3/4 inch Gravel, Finish Grading and Paving. Bids shall be broken down by Alley, Parking Lot and Road. You may contact Chad Gudis, Street Department Manager, at 715-568-2811 with questions you may have regarding the project. Proof of insurance is required. All contractors are responsible for traffic control during the project. Paving must be completed by September 1, 2025. The City of Bloomer Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids received and to accept the bid most favorable bid to the City of Bloomer
