Bid Security in the Amount of 10 Percent of the Bid Must Accompany Each Bid In Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Bloomer Electric Utility Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, To Waive Irregularities and Informalities Therein and to Award the Contract in The Best Interests of the Utility. Contractors need to contact Candice Wettstein @ c.wettstein@eps-ed.com or 715-933-2590 to request for a copy of the bidding documents in order to bid for the project.
