Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bloomer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Water heater replacement will include 2-units that run in sync with one another. System will have to be a transfer heat type system such as in place. New exhaust will need to be run outside of building away from gas meter location. The following will need to be updated during installation: full port valves, thermostats, pressure tanks and pumps on each grid. City will discard old products and material. Bidder will need to size units based on square footage of buildings. Make-up air unit should be a stand-alone unit replacing used oil burner. Unit needs to be tapped into gas line located above area and exhaust through current exhaust system. City will salvage current make-up air units. Bidder will need to size units based on square footages of buildings *Per owner there are no bid docs for the project* Questions regarding the project should be directed to Chad Gudis, 715-568-2811. The City of Bloomer Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids received and to accept the bid most favorable bid to the City of Bloomer.
