Site work for a mixed-use development in Valley City, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. The project shall be substantially complete on or before November 30, 2025. The project shall be complete and ready for final payment on or before December 31, 2025. Liquidated damages shall be assessed as indicated in the project General Special Provisions for every calendar day beyond the scheduled working or calendar days indicated on the contract.
