Summary:The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to provide On-Call Stormwater Maintenance Services. The Project involves providing construction services for a variety of different stormwater management facilities. Public Works is responsible for the inspection and maintenance of all Public Works owned and operated facilities, which includes stormwater detention basins, bioretention basins, stream restorations, etc. DATE/TIME LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: March 26, 2025 on or before 12:00pm (noon) local time Questions related to the ITB or requests for clarification shall be directed to the Procurement Manager for the City of Harrisonburg, by email (Questions@harrisonburgva.gov). The contract term shall begin on the date the contract is signed and shall continue for one (1) year. The fee(s) will remain firm through the initial contract term. The City shall have the option to renew the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year terms. Changes in cost for any subsequent renewals will be based on mutual agreement between both parties. For any pricing increases the contractor will need to provide written justification and documentation to support such request.
