As of January 21, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office Exterior Improvements St. Charles Sheriff Sheriff's Office reserves the right to award the project on whatever basis is in the interest of the Owner and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities as allowed by law. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security at least equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all additive alternates in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. All other questions regarding the scope of work of the project should be directed to the Project Architect in writing via email only: tabb@murrayarchitects.net. Question Deadline 01/06/2026 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall make a written request to the Architect to reach him at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Exterior improvements as shown within the construction documents.
