Site work for a water / sewer project in Luling, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Construction of a new duplex submersible sewerage pumping station, complete with pumps, piping, valves, and electrical appurtenances; construction of interconnecting gravity sewerage and forced sewerage main piping; roadway restoration; demolition of the existing pumping equipment and backfilling of the existing steel dry pit structure; and appurtenant civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction. Bidders must submit separate sealed bids by registered or certified mail with return receipt requested, hand delivery, or electronic submission. A security deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid is required in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The outside of the bid envelope must include the submitting firm’s name, Louisiana Contractors License Number, the Project Number, and Project Title. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. Bidding documents are available to properly licensed contractors or bona fide suppliers, and a non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held to discuss the scope and requirements.
