Watson Dr. Roadway Extension Description of Basic Work: Construction of a new concrete road and parking lot for future recreation facility. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in accordance with the Public Bid Law, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. A payment of $ 100.00 in cash or check payable to the Engineer will be required for each complete set of the Bidding Documents. This payment is refundable as provided in the La.R.S.38:2212(D).
