Type of Award Lump Sum License Requirements C-49 or C-61/D-49 Start/Delivery Date July 1, 2025 Project Duration 5 Years Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 03/05/2025 5:00 PM (PST) The City of La Verne is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive tree maintenance and arborist services for properties it owns or maintains, including roadway medians, parkways, parks, recreational facilities, and landscapes adjacent to City facilities. The services also extend to landscapes managed by the City but owned by other entities. All services must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations to prevent water and air pollution. The successful proposer will conduct comprehensive tree maintenance, inventory management, and arboricultural evaluations to ensure the City's trees are properly maintained, risks are mitigated, and accurate data is available for ongoing management and planning purposes. The term of the agreement shall be for five (5) years, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2030, with three (3) optional one-year extensions. Services must adhere to the latest ISA and ANSI A300 standards, focusing on tree health, safety, and aesthetics. All work must be conducted professionally, meeting the City's safety and sustainability goals, as outlined in Exhibit A for reference.
