Renovation of a detention facility in La Verne, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The scope of work includes to procure and install an operable, new, dedicated, FLIR enterprise CCTV camera monitoring and storage system, utilizing multicast methodology including but not limited to the installation of dedicated fiber-optic backbone network, fiber patch panels, CAT 6 cables, switches, servers, and multiple monitoring stations, a duplicate redundant server system for backup video and audio storage, software applications to support and secure the system. Including configuration, testing and commissioning of the security system, software applications and assist with connection to existing low voltage network system managed by the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department. The project also consists of procuring and installing two new cooling units to mitigate new heat loads, necessary electrical system work and plumbing condensate lines. Location-6631 Stephens Ranch Road, La Verne 91750 Question Deadline 01/06/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Department in writing. Contract Amount $2,949,000 Job. No- MRS--097-20 The County encourages the participation of Community Business Enterprises (CBE) in the project and has established a goal of twenty-five percent (25%) CBE participation which all contractors must aspire to meet.
