Site Directions: West Highway 20, Bassett, NE Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Remove and Replace Taxiway Medium Intensity Lights. In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Taxiway Lights (LED) (55 EA), 5 KV L-824 Cable (5,400 LF), Counterpoise (2,375 LF), Conduit (2,375 LF), 4 KW Regulator (1 EA), Directional Bore, Seeding The Construction shall begin in the summer or fall of 2025, if an FAA grant is issued by July 1, 2025. If the FAA grant is delayed, a 2026 start will be acceptable, at the contractor's option. The date of the Notice to Proceed shall take into consideration material delivery schedules and the contractor's other commitments, while meeting the Owner's needs and ensuring that the project is completed by October 31, 2025 (2025 start) or August 30, 2026 (2026 start). This project is subject to the requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation. The Airport Sponsor has established a contract participation goal of 0.64% for small business concerns owned and controlled by certified disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE). The Owner's award of this contract is conditioned upon the bidder satisfying the good faith effort requirements of 49 CFR 26.53. No pre-bid meeting.
