Estimated Bid Value $991,800 The bid shall be accompanied by bid security. The security shall be a certified or cashier's check, an irrevocable letter of credit, or a bid bond made payable to the Port of Portland. Checks shall be drawn on a United States bank. Irrevocable letters of credit shall be issued by a bank as defined in ORS 706.008. Bid bonds shall be executed by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Oregon. The amount of the check, letter of credit, or bond shall be equal to at least 10 percent of the total amount bid. The check, letter of credit, or bond will be held by the Port as security and a guaranty that the bidder will execute the Agreement, give satisfactory evidence of insurance, and furnish a 100 percent performance bond and a 100 percent labor and material payment bond. We do not have photos of all bid items due to variability in conditions. The conditions vary and there was an optional pre-bid walk where the conditions could be assessed. D6690 is acceptable. All spalls are to be epoxy filled.
