David Douglas School District is Seeking Proposals From Experienced Construction Managers/general Contractors (Cm/gc) to Manage Construction of David Douglas School District Repair & Renovation Projects That Require Long Lead Hvac/electrical Scopes of Work at Mill Park Elementary School, Lincoln Park Elementary School, Earl Boyles Elementary School & Gilbert Park Elementary School in Portland, Oregon. The Cm/gc Firm or Firms Selected Will Be Providing Services During the Design, Preconstruction and Construction Phases. It is the Intent of the David Douglas School District to Enter Into a Contract With the Selected Cm/gc Firm(S), Which Will Include a Fixed Fee and Guaranteed Maximum Price (Gmp) for the Entire Scope of the Work. The District Anticipates This to Be Separated Into Two Cm/gc Projects. Proposals Shall Be Submitted to the Person and at the Address Noted. Proposals Will Be Publicly Opened Ten Minutes After Closing at This Same Address. Late Submissions or Submissions From Firms/teams Not Represented at the Mandatory Pre-proposal Meeting Will Not Be Accepted.
