Renovation of an educational facility in Depew, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project consists of work at the Middle School including removal and replacement of failing joists, concrete deck and exterior overhead door at loading dock. Scope will also include renovations to the associated toilet room above. Project Location: Depew Middle School 5201 S. Transit Road Depew, NY 14043 Electrical Construction. Question Deadline 03/05/2025. All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Michaele-Ann Palmer at mpalmer@youngandwright.com and Sakeena Nazir at snazir@youngandwright.com with the email subject Depew Union Free School District- Emergency Project 2025 at least seven days prior to the bid opening. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
