The RM of Colonsay No 342 is seeking tenders for Gravel Supply 2025. The Municipality reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any tender at any time before execution of the contract by all parties without any liability against the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to refuse to accept any or all tenders, and the lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted. The gravel supply of 10,000 yards of Type 106 road gravel delivered as follows: 10,000 yards delivered to SW 24-36-28 W2M Gravel must be delivered by November 1, 2025 Gravel must be weighed or measured in a procedure agreed upon by both parties (i.e. scaled with tickets for each load, a measurement of the gravel pilebefore and after hauling, etc.)
