Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Council, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
DBE race neutral goal of 1.84% The project consists of, but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of the existing airport pavement (runway, taxiway, and apron) aswell as reconstruction of the taxiway turnarounds, runway repair, and expansion of the apron. Work tasks include asphalt milling, base course preparation, asphaltpaving, pavement marking. and tie down anchors and excavation and placement of aggregate base in areas of reconstruction/expansion. All questions regarding this project should be directed to the Engineer atdmeyer Jub.com. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. The Owner encourages participation by all firms qualifying under thissolicitation regardless of business size or ownership. All required Federal Clauses including the labor provisions, and wage rates are Included in the specificationsand bid documents. Each bidder must supply all of the Information required by the bid documents and specifications. This project includes Federal funds and issubject to the wage provisions of Federal Davis-Bacon, and related acts. Each bidder shall furnish the Statement of Bidders Pre-Qualifications to the OWN- ER withsatisfactory evidence of his competency to perform the work contemplated with the bid. The City of Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals,waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed One Hundred Twenty (120) days, and accept the proposalthat is in the best interest of the City of Council.
