Description: Oconee County is seeking proposals from contractors interested in providing the installation of an irrigation pump station including a wet well structure and pump station building at Oconee Veterans Park (OVP) located at 3500A Hog Mountain Road Watkinsville, Georgia 30677. Project includes the removal & disposal of existing pump house and pump system. Please see Section III of the bid documents for full Scope of Work. All submissions must be marked on the outside as "Oconee Veterans Park Pump Station Renovation Project RFP# 25-02-012" and should include the respondent's name and address. Pursuant to Georgia law, no bids will be considered without an executed E-Verify affidavit. The successful bidder will be required to pay sales and use tax on materials purchased or used on this project. Bid forms and Scope of Services may be obtained from the County's website on the "Doing Business" tab under "Bid Opportunities" and are available to view at the Finance Department. The OCBOC reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and/or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part if Oconee County determines that cancellation and/or rejections are advantageous to the County. RFPs are legal and binding upon the Respondent when submitted. It will also be the responsibility of each Respondent to obtain any addenda issued from the Purchasing Office. The written RFP documents supersede any verbal or written prior communications between the parties.
