**As of May 12,2025, project was awarded to Moore Roofing, awarded amount is $77,269.67.** Lassen County Office of Education will receive sealed bids for the award of the Contract for the: Susanville State Preschool Re-Roof Project Re-roofing ofthe Susanville State Preschool Building located on the McKinley School campus. 1. Remove existing roofing material. 2. Install new curbs for AC units and exhaust fan and supports for electrical conduit. 3. Install new underlayments, flashings, drip edges, and Duro-Last roofing system. 4. Provide new flashings at plumbing vents, condensate lines, and any other roofpenetrations. 5. Repair any wood members that have visible dry rot damage. 6. Supply security fence around building during course of construction Length of contract will be 35 days. Estimated start of construction is June 23, 2025.
